Restaurant Martin Wishart serves fine, fresh, creative and modern French cuisine, using the best Scottish ingredients on offer. Martin draws his creative menu from the experience he gained working for chefs such as Nick Nairn at Braeval in Aberfoyle, Michel Roux Junior in the Gavroche, John Burton Race at L'Ortolan, Marco Pierre White at the Restaurant, and Albert Roux at The Grand in Amsterdam.
Martin has obtained a unique style and understanding of highly professional and Michelin awarded kitchens, where the passion for food nourishes their inspiration...
